Julia hadn't been to the forest in quite some time. She had been too afraid. Stories were flying all over the place these days, and Julia was just too afraid to go places sometimes. But the forest had always been so calming when she was younger. Her father would take her there, spend time when he wasn't working on politics. But then everything had changed.
Letting out a sigh, Julia pulled her car over. Well, if anyone saw that they would know she was in the forest. It was too prestine looking to belong to someone other than a King's Men member or a relative of one. It was still about three in the afternoon, but as soon as she stepped into the forest, Julia's eyes had to adjust to the darkness. Once they had adjusted, she started down the dirt path.
Taking a deep breath, Julia smiled. She focused on the sound her feet made against the path as she walked, but then heard some other movement. Her hand slipped to her waistband, closing over the hilt of a small knife. It could very well be an animal, or a person who wasn't out to hurt her, but better safe than sorry.

Demetri was sitting in the forest, he was annoyed ight now. He had been arguing with a few members of his gang and he need to clear his head. He had had a long day and it was only three pm. He sat with a knee to his chest as his other leg was in front of hi. He had his elbow resting on his knee as he had his hand on his head. He need to relax a bit, it was hard to think when he was irritated.
Demetri was wearing a lightblue plaid shirt with a long sleeve black shirt underneath. He had a pair of fitted jeans and black converse. The only thing that made him stick out in this forest wa the color of hsi over shirt. He as always had his gun tucked away secrely around the belt area of his pants. A lot of people wondered hoe he could hide it with the clothing he wore, but he always seeme to figure it out. Being about to hide things in conditions like that was a good skil...

Shaking off the feeling, Julia continued down the dirt path. The teen was actually starting to relax, a rare occurance these days. But she had good reason to be tense. Her father was second in command of the world, giving her the position of being a nice bargaining tool. But life was still good. After all, those who sided with George DeLotta got power, money, the finer things in life. Those who didn't were far less fortunate.
Lost in her thoughts, Julia didn't notice the young man sitting on the ground for the first moment that she saw him. But when she realized he was there, she stopped walking. He seemed familiar, but she couldn't quite place his face. "Are you alright?" She asked, looking down at him.

Demetri looked up as he heard a voice. He had completly missed the fact this girl had come up to him. He was usually pretty good with senses or hearing people coming up, guess he wa s distracted a bit today. He actually wasn't that happy that someone had come up, but he didn't want to send her off.
"Yeah.. I'm fine..." Demetri said calmly in a low tone as he was looking up to her with his cold blue eyes. His eyes cared a lot of people, he kind of liked it, it came in handy sometimes. He wondered what this girl wanted, did she know who he was or was she just a curious person walking by....

Well, at least he didn't seem like he was injured. An injury would probably mean another gang around here, and Julia really wasn't in the mood to get into it with someone. That, and she wasn't exactly the best fighter. It had always been her father's plan for her to just grow up and marry some powerful man, be a nice little trophy wife. She pulled herself out of her thoughts again, looking the boy over.
"So, what brings you to the forest? It's not the safest place in the world, you know. And there are rumors about gangs having an underground place that they take people. Just rumors, but enough to make the forest a bit foreboding." If he was a member of a gang other than the King's Men, he probably knew all about the underground haven for other gangs. The King's Men had just not been able to find it yet.

"Oh.. really.. well thanks for the insight.." Demetri said dully as he wasn't going to try and give anything away of him being a ring rider. Just becuase she was a girl meant nothing, almost everyone now a days were involved in some way with a gang and he didn't feel like having an information spread. He really didn't care if people knew who he was just they would have to figure that out for himself.
"What is someone like you doing out here... you don't look like you belong out in a place like this either..." demetri said smoothy as he continue to sit the way he was. She didn't look like a gang member or anything but looks could be decieving, look at him. The only things that made it seem he could be a gang member was his attitude and his eyes.Otherwise he looked like a normal person...

A chuckle escaped Julia's lips at the other teen's tone. Really, wasn't the world depressing enough without dull tones being used in conversation? She waved the thought away with a sigh, turning her attention back to the teen in front of her. He looked like he could be her age, maybe a year or so older. If he was in a gang, it certainly wasn't the King's Men. She would have been familiar with him if he was. Maybe he wasn't in a gang. That wasn't unheard of, it was just slightly less common.
"I don't look like I belong out here?" She echoed, raising an eyebrow. Julia looked down at her clothing, a small smirk coming to her face. Well, it was true. She didn't look like someone who would go for a walk in the woods. And her clothing wasn't exactly made for roughing it, that was for sure. It was all designer clothing, well maintained. "I just came out here to relax. Life can be so hectic sometimes."

"No you don't..." Demetri said as a smirk slipped onto his face for a moment. He looked away for a moment. He then heard her speak again."You got that right.." He said with a sigh as he pushed off his knee and sat flat against the tree. He had had an overly hectic day, he was glad to have gotten out of it. It still wasn't over, he still hadn't settled his arguement with them. He would have to go back later and fix it all. It was easier to do things after relaxing a bit.
He snapped out of thought before speaking."What's your name?" He said glancing up to the girl. He decided to ask and he had never been one to beat around the bush. He thought about if he told him her's if it would be a good idea to tell her his. Well most people knew him as Demi, that was his most common name. the only other name that realy tagged him as anything was right hand of the ring riders but why would he say that....

"Well, whether I look like I should be here or not doesn't matter. I'm here, regardless of the clothing I'm wearing." The smirk on his face brought one to hers for a moment, but then her smirk faded away slightly. She looked down at the ground, unsure whether she wanted to take a seat or not. It was... filthy down there. Deciding against it, she smiled again. But the smile faded once more as he asked her name.
Julia ran a hand through her hair, a nervous habit, and bit her lip. If she told him her real name, no doubt he would figure out who she was. And even the general public didn't exactly like her father and the man he worked with. The last name Porter didn't exactly earn you the most friends unless you were with the King's Men. "Julia. She started, still coming up with a good last name. "Julia James." Well, it was the first name that came to her head that didn't have a gang affiliation with it. "And you?"

Demetri nodded."Guess you are right..." Demetri said as he waited for an answer to him question. He wondered what too her so long, she was coming up with an alias. He knew she was just by the way she was acting and the look in her eyes. He decided to play her game and come up with one himself. He had a usual alias he used and decided to use it.
When she answered he nodded and answered almost immediately after to cause on suspicion. "Nice to meet you.. my name is Cameron Samuels.." He lied. This was a very american name for the italian accent he had. He hoped she wouldn't link anything like that. Of course an italian person could have a non italian name it was possible...

"It's nice to meet you, Cameron." She said, noting the Italian accent. It didn't set off any alarm bells. It was perfectly possible for someone to have an accent that didn't match the origin of their name. She ran that name through her mind, trying to see if it was familiar. And it wasn't. So he probably wasn't part of a gang. Or, if he was, he wasn't a high ranking member. Or, the third option, he was a member of a gang and had come up with an alias like she had, except that he had answered much faster.
"So, Cameron, are you from Italy?" She asked, actually interested in the answer to her question. She had been the Europe a few times, and had been to Italy once. But other than her short trip there, she didn't know much about the country, and it would be interesting to get an Italian's perspective of his country versus the country he was in at the moment. Demetri nodded as she spoke. He watched her for a moment. He could tell she was considering the possible options for the name he had jsut given her. He wasn't worried, there were too many uncertanities to come to a real conclusion. This was Demetri's stye, he always tried to out think people. It was one of his specialties, which was why he was a higher up ni the ring riders.
He looked to her as she spoke."Yes I am.. .I was living in Sicily until I was 15..." Demetri said calmly as he was looking to her. He wondered if she was going to sit. He looked at her clothes. Probably not, girls didn't like to get their nice clothes dirty. He didn't care he was wearinf jeans and black ones at that. The dirt would come of fine, and the ground was dry so itwould be dusty dirt that wouldn't stick...

Julia's eyes had wandered away from 'Cameron', but she could feel him watching her. She had to admit, it was a bit creepy. There was something about the other teen that just set her creepy sense off. But Julia waved it away. He hadn't done anything to justify her fears, but the back of her mind just kept warning her. Ignoring it, Julia smiled again as 'Cameron' said that he was indeed from Italy. Interesting.
"So, why did you move here?" She asked, running her hand through her hair again. Julia found that her other hand was slowly drifting to the waistband of her jeans again, waiting to pull out the knife. She mentally slapped herself, bringing both arms to just cross over her chest. If she went for her knife and this guy turned out to be a member of a rival gang, she would probably be screwed.

"Well I didnt have any reason to stay in Italy..." Demetri said trying to give the truth but not enough to get him. He didn't like to lie a lot but everyone has to do it now and then Especially in these time. He watched her hand go to the waistband of her jeans. Did she had a weapon? Demetri tried to watch without being obvious. He remember the gun at his side. He could feel it as he thought of it, it was on safety of course, didn't want an accident shooting his leg off or something.
He had a feeling she was in a gang or at least associated with one. Normal people weren't this over causious, of course now a day you could never be sure. He decided to act as if she were in a gang. Then even if she was he woudn't have to worry about saying too much...

"So you decided to move here?" She asked, raising an eyebrow. Julia had no idea why anyone who didn't already have ties to George DeLotta would move closer to him, unless they wanted to overthrow him or didn't know what they were getting into. "So, what do you do now?" She asked, looking him over. "Do you have a job or anything?" Really, Julia didn't know why she was still here. All of the warning alarms in her head were going off. What if someone found her car, or if a gang member showed up?
Maybe it was because there was something that told her there was more to 'Cameron' than he was letting on. Or maybe Julia really was a thrill seeker. Regardless, the girl wasn't leaving unless things actually got dangerous.
